Harmonising the Inner elements

Join us as Swami Karma Karuna takes us on a transformative 4-hour workshop designed to deepen your understanding and connection to the fundamental forces that shape our existence: The Pancha Tattwa (five elements), the Gunas (qualities of nature) and the Chakras (energy centres).

We will also be exploring the connection between modern Polyvagal Theory and the Gunas.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their personal growth, deepen their Yoga practice or simply explore the profound connection between the elements, qualities and energy centres within us.

The practice of Kirtan forms part of the Bhakti or devotional branch of Yoga and is a favourite practice with Satyananda Yogis around the world!

Kirtan is a group practice where sacred Mantras and the different names of the Devine are chanted to celebrate and invoke within us the qualities they represent.

A Kirtan in the Satyananda tradition is not a performance but a practice where everyone is encouraged to join in…regardless of how musical you feel you are or how good you believe your voice may be.

The more heart and soul freely invested in the practice, the greater the uplifting energy or ‘Bhava’ that results…combining to fill the room…opening the hearts and nourishing the souls of everyone within it.

Your contribution: Bring your voice, your open heart, a plate of afternoon tea to share, an instrument and a favourite Kirtan or two if you would like to.
